Maximum group size to go through the haunted house is 6 people. If your group is larger than 6 you will be split up to ensure safety and the best show for everyone in the group. Anyone 6 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult. You may buy tickets online or at the door (with cash or credit card). You DO NOT have to buy tickets in advance on line and there are NO REFUNDS on any purchased tickets online or on site. When purchasing online you still must have your ticket voucher validated by the ticket booth prior to getting in line.
Please note that when we reach maximum capacity we must close the mall doors and let no one else into the line. This means on busy nights we may have to close the line and ticket booth early. Once you are in the mall and your ticket voucher is validated (you will receive a Distracted wristband once validated) and then you are in line you will get through the haunted house.
Please arrive early to ensure you get into the mall, have your ticket voucher validated (or purchase on site) and be in line with your Distracted wristband to be certain you get into the haunted house. This is particularly important on busy nights (especially Saturday nights). Please consider Friday or Sunday nights for typically smaller crowds.
